We tried editing, doesn't work. We tried excel template, doesn't work.We can't change it back unless we go through the tool ''changing detail page'' and going through this the process is taking for ever and it opens a case every single time. We have more than 60 titles to change.
They are so confusing and irrelevant for what we are selling.
How can we change it back to the ones we want? Is there a way we can do it in bulk?
Thanks for your help.

Can you give an idea of "how" it's changing the title? I know some have had issue with Amazon removing the Brand Name from the title.
If it's that you selected the AI during ASIN creation, I'm not aware of a template with that field in it.
This happened to me on numerous occassions when I was creating listings. AI hijacked the listing during the process and even though I told it 10 times that what it suggested as my item was not my item, AI listed it's suggestion anyway. The image did not match the photo which didn't match my item in any way. It fouled up my listing priveleges for the brand and I had to get a mod to escalate the issue to get it resolved. Amazon shouldn't be rolling out AI until they are certain it works. Good luck! @Roberto_Amazon
I have this problem also for the past 3 months. The titles are actually being copied by Amazon from other Amazon marketplaces to the USA marketplace so I don't think it's AI.
But I also can't edit the titles or use a flat file to fix them. My account manager fixed some but they eventually get overwritten again.
I've run into this issue with a few help tickets submitted, but no real resolution. The template upload was probably the most frustrating part of the process. For a title change, 10-15% of the SKU's would take the change and the rest wouldn't, because of mismatches with the Amazon catalog.
The only thing that I found worked- was to make small changes at a time to the titles that didn't deviate too far from what is established in the Amazon catalog. I could add/subtract a few words, or change formatting slightly, but not both.
I run far fewer SKU's than you though, working through 60 in that manner would be brutal.
I think the idea is to prevent hijackers from completely wrecking a seller's listings, but it's frustrating on our end.
Do you mean that AI is responsible for all of the listings changing?? No wonder a bunch of things selling for YEARS are now just Titled "Athletic Shoes". Bots must know something Nike doesn't?
I have this same sitiuation 3 monthes ago
Just couple days later, change back to my title again
And no happened again now
I've had several titles changed too. some are changed to say "amazon exclusive" where they're not, or just a bunch of code that makes no sense to customers, or my favorite, a toy that they added the word "bread" in for some reason.
But I get the song and dance about "brand owner makes these changes and has to fix them" which is nonsense. toy companies aren't putting 'bread' in the titles of their figures (or removing the product descriptions randomly for some reason, search suppressing them)
We also experienced the same although not as many as your 60 cases but it is a pain in the A** and Amazon is not a help..
If you are the registered "owner" or "manager" of the brand, you may need to create a case and then escalate the case with the entire list of product titles in question, with an update file your listings. I had a hell of a time with ours and it took me nearly a year to get all of our listings back under our control and displaying the proper information. We eventually signed up with Amazon Strategic Account Services and though it cost us money, it was really the key to getting things done effectively.
If you are not the registered brand owner though, good luck. The titles are subject to the information that Amazon considers the best.
Best of luck to you
