We tried editing, doesn't work. We tried excel template, doesn't work.We can't change it back unless we go through the tool ''changing detail page'' and going through this the process is taking for ever and it opens a case every single time. We have more than 60 titles to change.
They are so confusing and irrelevant for what we are selling.
How can we change it back to the ones we want? Is there a way we can do it in bulk?
Thanks for your help.
We also experienced the same although not as many as your 60 cases but it is a pain in the A** and Amazon is not a help..
If you are the registered "owner" or "manager" of the brand, you may need to create a case and then escalate the case with the entire list of product titles in question, with an update file your listings. I had a hell of a time with ours and it took me nearly a year to get all of our listings back under our control and displaying the proper information. We eventually signed up with Amazon Strategic Account Services and though it cost us money, it was really the key to getting things done effectively.
If you are not the registered brand owner though, good luck. The titles are subject to the information that Amazon considers the best.
Best of luck to you
Can someone from amazon please help! We have lost 1.2 million because of this!
So tried of Amazon's negligence and fraud.
This sounds like dumb and dumber. Who is dumber AI or amazon.
Good Morning @Seller_y3stMX41o2Fey, @Seller_7MkPDfvuAAs55, @Seller_TKlowG0UOWRim, @Seller_ChZL6Aea85Cad, @Seller_oOZTISRvBmFm1, @Seller_AcDa5yTWnwnUF, @Seller_V5l9UBkHDQEjb, @Seller_xFb7j842JBsCu, @Seller_lGhK9xRTVdEGD,
I wanted to reach out to you all to discuss the new features on Explore Brand Selection. These capabilities were added to assist in expanding your Brand Selection and ensuring your listings are robust and attractive to customers.
My colleague @Glenn_Amazon crafted a discussion about these new features -->HERE<-- If you believe your listings are being updated by the AI recommendations, I am providing a high level overview below, however, I highly suggest you take the time to review Glenn's article for more detail.
Through the Review Listing Updates view on Explore Brand Selection, Brand Owner selling partners are notified of any AI recommended update to product content. You always remain in control of what is published to the detail page and have the ability to accept or deny any proposed AI enrichments. Amazon is invested in creating high quality detail pages for customers and is using the latest in AI to ensure the quality and accuracy of your product listing.
At this time Review Listing Updates is not optional and you cannot unenroll. If you find that the proposed recommendation is not correct, merely deny the update by the “Feedback Due Date”. For the most effective results we recommend providing a reason for the denial so that we can improve future recommendations. You can check out if you have any recommendations in the “Review Listings Updates” tab of the Explore Brand Selection page.
If you find that you have missed a Feedback Due Date and want to still reject the changes just reach out to Selling Partner Support to review and help revert the content.
If you have any additional questions about the new features on Explore Brand Selection please let us know on this thread.
If you have questions about your specific listing situation, we'd recommend opening a new discussion --> HERE<-- to get started.
Have a good weekend and take care.
Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
