I have been in touch with Seller support since 29/01/2025, till today my affected metrics hasn't yet been modified and it has been more than 7 days now. Every time I follow up with the support team, I am being asked to wait for every 24 to 48 hrs, now the patience level has ended from my end, the affected metrics has also affected my featured offers on my listings. Kindly let me know how can I scalate my issue to the superiors higher than the leadership team such as the nodal officers etc. My overall buisness is being affected due to a delay from their side.
