Read onlyDear Amazon Team, @Michelle_Amazon
I am writing to report that the seller “qinggemaoyiAMZ” has violated Amazon's variation policy, again and again, infringing on my brand rights. Since April 2024, one of my best-selling ASINs has been repeatedly targeted by different sellers who merge unbranded ASINs with my branded ASIN to steal orders. This practice severely misleads customers into thinking they are purchasing my brand product, causing significant harm to both customers and my brand reputation.
Specific details are as follows:
Violation action: The seller “qinggemaoyiAMZ” merges three unbranded ASINs with my branded ASIN as all child products in terms of color, misleading customers to believe that these unbranded products belong to my brand, leading to deceptive purchasing behavior.
Time: The variation usually occurs between 12:00-16:00 GMT-7. To evade detection, the violating seller separates these variations at other times.
Evidence and Complaints:
I provided the screenshot violations in Complaint ID: 15821580931.
However, in Complaint ID: 15829956801, I found that no action was taken to address this issue.
Additionally, in Complaint IDs: 15821259081 and 15821293291, I received a response stating "no violation has been identified." This response was received in less than one minute upon submission. I am afraid that these complaints might not have been reviewed by a human.

This kind of abusive practice has severely impacted my brand. I urge the Amazon team to take decisive action to prevent this behavior from recurring, to maintain a fair marketplace, and to protect consumer rights.
Thank you for your attention!

Dear Amazon Team,

I am a seller who strictly follows all of Amazon's policies, with an account health rating of a perfect 1000. However, when I face malicious actions from other sellers, Amazon fails to protect my rights.
Despite using all the reporting methods provided by Amazon, the issue still needs to be solved. Several sellers continue to merge three unbranded ASINs with my branded ASIN forcibly. Amazon's failure to effectively address this issue allows these violating sellers to infringe upon the rights of compliant sellers recklessly.
Over the past two months, my best-selling product has suffered from a large number of fake negative reviews and forced variant merges by other sellers. Amazon's bureaucratic approach has not effectively resolved these problems, causing significant damage to my business.

The manufacturer Bigphase blatantly disregards Amazon's policies by arbitrarily merging its unbranded ASINs with ASINs of other brands. This behavior not only seriously violates Amazon's variation policy but also constitutes indirect trademark infringement. By merging unbranded ASINs with branded ASINs, Bigphase misleads consumers into believing they are purchasing products from a specific brand.
I suggest checking Amazon between 12:00 and 16:00 (GMT-7) to search for "Bigphase." You will find that many products listed under this manufacturer have been merged with the ASINs of popular brands.
Amazon seems to be turning a blind eye to these sellers' violations. Regardless of how many reports are made, these violations continue unchecked.
