[Informative] How to downgrade an account from Selling Professionally to Selling Individually and ask for a refund

This question is asked a bit and I can only hope the forums will cause this thread to “pop up” in the “Your topic is similar to…” when new posters start to create a new thread.

NOTE: If you think that you MIGHT ever want to sell again … do NOT close your account. Downgrade and put on Vacation Mode (just set to “Inactive”)

How-to downgrade your account and ask for a reimbursement of the monthly fee …

1. Set all Marketplaces to “Inactive” … Click here to go to that section

2. Go here to downgrade your account (linked text) … in your Settings > Your Services (Manage)

3. After you have downgraded you open a case to ask for a refund …

Use this link to get to open the needed page and then select the section shown below … Your Account > Other account issues

You can then either use the Email option or if you have a Selling Professionally Account you can get a call back.
