Amazon flagging "Haiti 2026 Inspired Design for World Cup" as trademark misuse — anyone else?

I got a listing flagged for trademark misuse on a tumbler. The title was:
Haiti 2026 Inspired Design for World Cup | Multicolor 16 ounce Tumbler
No "FIFA" anywhere in the title, description, or bullets. No official logos or emblems on the design itself. The phrase "World Cup" is the only potentially sensitive term and my understanding from this forum and other POD sellers is that "World Cup 2026" is generally acceptable as a descriptive term as long as "FIFA" is never used.
A few questions for the community:
Is "World Cup" alone enough to trigger a flag even without "FIFA"?
Has anyone successfully appealed this type of flag and what language worked?
Is "Inspired Design" in the title making it worse — does it signal to Amazon's system that you're referencing something protected?
Would replacing "World Cup" with "Soccer 2026" or "International Soccer 2026" be the safer long-term play?
I've filed a counterclaim but wanted to hear from sellers who've navigated this before. Any insight appreciated.

First, could you confirm that the violation you received is specifically for "Suspected Intellectual Property Violations".
If that's the case, here's what you need to do: Click on the violation in your Account Health page and look under the "Reason" section to see which brand name appears in parentheses. Based on your post title, I can see the word "Haiti" which is actually a registered trademark. Please confirm if "Haiti" is indeed the brand shown in parentheses in your violation.
If yes, you'll need to remove this trademark from your listing. Go to the last column on your violation page where it says "Edit," then remove the brand name from your listing. You can also copy the ASIN, go to your inventory, search for the product, click on the three dots, and edit all parts of the listing that contain this word.
