On Amazon pages, how do I turn off "Rufus"?
When I look at an Amazon detail page, a "Rufus" box is turning up. It contains AI-produced questions relevant to buyers, but not to sellers. I want to find some way to eliminatre these Rufus boxes.

I disagree. Nothing I've seen would be useful for a buyer, either. It's total garbage.
I pointed out that the new interface on the Manage Inventory looks like it was from the 1990s; Now they're trying to bring back Clippy!

There's no way today on Amazon to shut it off. But what I would recommend if you are using Chrome is the UBLOCK ORIGIN extension. It stops Rufus. We've done it. Works easy and like a charm. There's a thread on reddit about the custom filter that will get rid of it. The forum won't allow me to post that outside link of course...

I just noticed rufus is also a stationary item below the images, why the heck do we need the pop up window too. C'mon Amazon, don't over think it this time.... do better.

As others have said it can not be turned off.
"Dufus" (1) that is.
What a bad idea, for items we buy it makes many errors. Some errors are health and safety related. If you followed Dufus's instructions, you could get hurt or worse.
For our manufactured products the input is inane, of little or no use. In some cases it will cause someone to order the wrong size item.
