Read onlyDear Amazon Seller Forum,
I am seeking urgent assistance regarding the suspension of my Amazon account, which has been mistakenly linked to my husband’s account. Both of us maintain separate accounts, and I have provided legal documentation to verify this.
I have submitted the following documents seven times, each time adding more information:
Certified affidavit stating that I am the sole owner of my account and it is not linked to my husband's account.
Marriage certificate to show that, despite sharing the same address, we have separate accounts.
Despite my repeated efforts and detailed submissions, my account remains suspended. I am unable to resolve this issue through the usual channels and would greatly appreciate any help or guidance from the forum on how to expedite the reactivation of my account.
Thank you for your attention and support in this urgent matter.
That's not a mistake. Your accounts are linked, due to you being married. It doesn't matter how separately you run the businesses, they are appropriately being tagged as "linked".
You will need to resolve the issues with his account in order to get yours reactivated.
Hello @Seller_28jgq5AjygQdb,
Thank you for posting here on the Forums.
I see that your account has been deactivated for a violation of the multiple account policy and you have questions about what will be required to get this resolved.
I wanted to point out that @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw is correct here. Accounts can become linked when personal or business information is shared between them and one becomes deactivated. You do not have to own and/or operate the other account for a link to be established.
You will need to resolve the issues with his account in order to get yours reactivated.
@Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw has provided you with the most accurate next step above. Since you both may share personal information, it may not be possible to prove the accounts are not "related". For your account to be eligible for reactivation, you must address your husband's account deactivation issues first. Once your husband's account is active, you can submit an appeal in your account confirming this, so you can be reviewed for reinstatement.
I suggest to review the following resources for more clarity on this policy...
--Comply with Amazon’s Multiple Account policy
--Address a Multiple Account Policy violation
Once you have reviewed the information above, please respond here for further guidance. The forums community and I are here to support you.
Wishing you the best,
