FBA Customer Return " Item never arrived"

Hi there,

I'm a rather new FBA seller so i was just wondering if i will receive a reimbursement for this item as Amazon are responsible for the delivery of FBA orders and if the item genuinely never arrived that's down to Amazon not me. Amazon have already issued the refund from my balance along with the associated refund fees; will the reimbursement include said fees or only their estimated cost of my item?

Should i contact seller support?

Any response would be helpful, thank-you.
