Read onlyI am facing an issue with product images on mobile devices.
I found that the display of my product images are significantly smaller than that of my competitors on mobile devics. Please see the attached screenshots for reference. The two screenshots were taken using the same device. The two listings are under the same category.
I checked Amazon product image guidelines and confirmed that all requirements have been followed.
I have also tried deleting and re-uploading the images which also didn’t work.
I have created a case (ID 17161888461) on this but the answers they provided thus far were unhelpful and completely irrevlent.
I would really appreciate some help from the facilitators here.
