Read onlyI have provided bill documents of things that I have paid with my credit card and the documents contain my billing address and the card number.
even that the documents have rejected.
I want to know what I should do now which documents they ask to provide, and what I must do in case that I living with my parents and all the bills come with the name of my parents(in the emails they sent they ask for a water or electric, internet bill)
all these bills come with the name of my parents cause I am living under parents’ home.
please help me with that as soon as possible

Did you actually provide what Amazon required? A utility bill?
Then you didn’t provide what Amazon REQUIRES.
Maybe change a bill into your name?
Providing “other things” like you did will not meet Amazon’s requirements. It also proves to Amazon you can not comply with policy.

You will need either to get one of these utility bills switched into your name OR establish another utility in your name.
Be careful that you don’t submit the incorrect documents so many times that Amazon stops letting you try, as has been happening lately.

why they delay?!
It can take Amazon about 30 days to reply.
