CPSIA/CCPSA attribute not appearing on listing.

@Michelle_Amazon@KJ_Amazon@Topher_Amazon

I am hoping that one of you can help me with a compliance issue with my listing. You can reference Case: 16628111361 for the ASIN in question. My product falls under the Sports & Outdoors category and was flagged for being a children's toy. I have submitted all of the documentation that I need to be in compliance but my latest rejection that I received for my ASIN was to: Please update CPSIA Warning Attribute in detail page.

When I go under edit listing, I am not seeing the CPSIA Warning Attribute available under Product Details or the Safety & Compliance section.

I found the inventory template that matches my product category. There is currently a BETA template and a non-BETA template. When I tried using the BETA template for my product category [RECREATIONAL BALL], It did not give me the option to update the CPSIA Warning. This template worked fine when trying to do an update for other things.

When I used the non-BETA template using partial update, I would get an error message on the product category (Column A). It says that I need to delete the SKU and then resubmit a new feed with the updated classification. Well - I don't want to delete my listing and then have stranded inventory in FBA during our busy season.

All I am trying to do is add ChokingHazardSmallParts to the attribute that I need to update. I asked Amazon service team through multiple cases to update this for me and they are telling me they cannot do it or they go in circles asking me to resubmit documents which I already have. I can reference the other cases if needed.

Can you please update the attribute for me? I am looking for the least friction that will not impact my listing.

Good Morning @Seller_l8Jn51kWgb8UA,

I took a look at your thread and have escalated CASE ID 16628111361 to one of our partner teams to review to see where the gap is with the templates so you can get the CPSIA Warning Attribute updated on your detail page. They should get back to us within the next few business days. Until then, have a terrific rest of your Tuesday and take care.

Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon

Good Afternoon @Seller_l8Jn51kWgb8UA,

The partner team has followed up with me and shared that they have gone ahead and added the attribute cpsia_cautionary_statement to be choking_hazard_small_part. Please resubmit the documents that were requested of you and wait for the resolution.

Let us know if you have any questions regarding the outcome of this case. Have a lovely weekend!

Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
