Q2 Brand Analytics Data Still Not Available – Anyone Else Seeing This?

Hi everyone,

According to Amazon’s usual timeline, Brand Analytics data should be available within 72 hours after the close of a given period. It's now well past that window, but I’m still not seeing any Q2 2025 data available in my account. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue, or has your Q2 data started showing up? Would appreciate any insights or confirmation—just want to make sure it’s not something specific to my account.

Indy from Amazon's Community Management team jumping in here. A data lag longer than 72 hours does seem to indicate a a systems issue, and haven't seen this issue trending in the Grow Your Business category. Have you reached out to Seller Support or the Brand Registry team?

Seller Support path:

  1. Seller Central > Help > Contact Us
  2. Select "Brands & Brand Analytics" as the issue category

Brand Registry support path:

  1. Navigate to the Brand Registry FAQ page.
  2. Scroll all the way to the bottom and the last section is "Getting Help."
  3. In that section there is a link to contact the Amazon Brand Registry team regarding enrollment and a link to the Brand Registry Support team if you are already enrolled.

Please let me know if you encounter additional roadblocks once you've submitted your support request. If you've already submitted, please drop your case IDs in this thread.
