Listing Incorrectly Gated as "Other Luxury Beauty" After Resolved FBA Investigation

I am the brand owner (registered in Amazon Brand Registry) of this ASIN actively selling since December 2021.

On March 25, 2026, FBA opened an investigation (Case ID: 19778537711) regarding product condition customer feedback. I submitted a detailed appeal with supporting documentation, and on March 27, 2026, agent Nehal S. approved my appeal and moved inventory to sellable status.

However, immediately after the investigation was resolved, my listing became Inactive with "Offer was removed." The system now requires approval to sell under "Other Luxury Beauty" a category that has never applied to this product, this product has always been in home & kitchen sicne 2021. When I click "Request approval," it leads to a Selling Application page that says "We are not accepting applications to sell: Other Luxury Beauty category" with no further action available. This is obviously a system glitch.

I opened Case ID 19797638621 to resolve this, but Seller Support provided canned responses about gated categories without addressing the root cause: the product is incorrectly categorized after a resolved product condition case.

I have hundreds of sellable units in FBA and more on the way. This is my one of my best-selling product and I am losing significant revenue daily.

Could an Amazon moderator please escalate this to the internal catalog/partner team to correct the category assignment? This product belongs in Home and Kitchen, not Luxury Beauty.
