To keep track of everything, you've got a couple of tools at your disposal. Under the "Reports for prepaid returns" section (Prepaid returns for seller-fulfilled orders), you'll find that:

• Your Settlement and Payments reports will show return shipping charges as "shipping services purchased through Amazon"
• The Return reports will show you all return requests, including tracking IDs and label costs

To check if your exemptions are working properly (Exemption request status):

1. Head to Return Settings and click "Manage return templates"
2. Look for "Status report" and pick "Prepaid label exemption"
3. Hit "Request report"
4. Once it's ready, download it to see how your SKUs are set up

Just a heads up - if you're selling any Seller-Fulfilled Prime items, they'll still get Amazon prepaid labels for in-policy returns, even if they're on your exemption list. You can find this note in the "SKU exemptions" section here: Prepaid returns for seller-fulfilled orders
