    Handmade Reclassification - Alarmed by Missclassified Items

    I just went through the reclassification... I only make necklace pendants... about half of my items maybe ven more were reclassified incorrectly as charms .... can anyone help

    I have the exact same issue with my listings. I just got done speaking with Amazon support and was told that we cannot correct the product types. They have to. So they want us to send them the ASINs and correct product type and supposedly they will fix it. I haven't done it yet, but highly doubt they will get it right if I do. They are incompetent

    Harry are you handmade was your timing related to the reclassification? Do you have gtin excemption?

    I am handmade, but not in Brand Registry, other than now I am an "authorized representative" of my own brand. It was the only way to get back some of the brand benefits they removed for the Waivered Sellers some months ago.

    I do have GTIN exemption for the category. The big glitch is somehow related to combining FBA and FBM ASINs under one parent. It hasn't been a problem in the past. I can't remember if I tried it with any other mixed-fulfillment items since this disaster.
