Reported a copyright infringement and Amazon flagged me as abusive conduct
We had a competitor knock off our labeling of our product as it sells the most in its niche. The new competitor decided to copy the artistic style of our label to make it appear as though they are selling our product and thus they have managed to start getting sales. There are reviews stating customers are confused and they bought the wrong item by mistake.
We decided to report them for copyright infringement on packaging as they are using the same artistic style as us and making it purposely difficult to know the difference between our products. We cited our website and linked to our product page to show Amazon how the product is trying to imitate us.
Amazon stated in their response: "We have determined that the notices you have reported to Amazon are invalid or inaccurate. Reporting false, misleading, or consistently inaccurate notices of infringement violates our policies."
1 day later, Amazon revoked our access to brand registry entirely. We have tried appealing and our appeals are being denied as well.
Can a moderator please help us navigate this as we cannot register any new brands or contact brand registry support.

I can't know for certain what the team found to make their decision, but I can recommend you to look for anything that be addressed with the brand or account as something is not compliant and they will not consider re-enrollment until compliance is reached.
