Seller wallet verification issue
Greetings,
When I tried to register for my seller wallet, I received an email which says it requires more information.
(1) The LOA was rejected, even though I wrote it exactly the way amazon prompts. Is there any sample I may follow ?
(2) proof of address: I am able to provide a lease agreement, is that applicable under rental receipt ?
(3)what is meant by statute document ?

I see that in case #16800284351 that they provided you with a link to self-service follow. Did that work for you? I did not see a further reply from you within the above case so am hopeful you were able to get this worked out with Seller Support's guidance.
