I recently downgraded my Amazon Seller account from Professional to Individual, and I received confirmation of the downgrade. However, I am still facing several issues:
Attempted Charges: Amazon is still attempting to charge my account, even though I have no funds in my balance.
Listing Issue: I am unable to list products despite the downgrade.
Inconsistent Account Status: Some parts of Seller Central show my account as Individual, while others still show Professional.
I need urgent assistance to resolve this and ensure my account functions correctly. Please confirm:
Has my account been fully downgraded across all regions?
Why am I still facing attempted charges?
How can I resume listing products on my Individual plan?
Please resolve this as soon as possible.

When you signed up for the account you choose the professional option, which charges the $39.99 monthly dues right away. If you don't have enough in your account, you will need to add a new card that has available balance to cover this fee.
Even though you downgraded to the individual account, the monthly due has to be paid before your account can be active.
You see some regions under the professional tier and others under the individual one since the account was just created and you immediately downgraded. The professional benefits will remain across all regions for a month, but the monthly fee is due right away.
You can request a refund once the fee is paid by contacting seller support directly, that if none of the benefits have been used.
