Fulfillment fee calculation, I've been charged too much.
The product I sell is Cat Wand ASIN B0DQJTS7JY that isn't large bulky, but Amazon charges $9.99 for every sale as Fulfillment fee large bulky.
Bellow are Detentions from amazon Live Channel Specialist:
* Length: 22.4 inches
* Width: 4.84 inches
* Height: 1.14 inches
* Weight: 0.13 pounds
* FBA fulfillment fees: 9.99 USD
I asked live chat to explain how to calculate and they see product height is not 1.14 but 2.170 in. Live chat send request to investigate. I get email from investigation with measurements (above) but I can't replay to ask how they calculate a fee large bulky. I open new live chart and they send again to investigate. Same loop without any result.
Other sellers sell same product for a $6.99 to $9.99
Any help, advice how to calculate Fulfillment fee?
Thank you.

Hi @Seller_OxAWnPY2zzEkh,
I understand your frustration about the fulfillment fee. Let me help explain what I think is happening with your cat wand's measurements (22.4" x 4.84" x 1.14", 0.13 lbs).
Your product falls into the "large bulky" category because its longest side (22.4") exceeds the large standard-size limit of 18". You can find these size limits in the "Determine if dimensional weight is used to calculate fees" section at Product Size Tiers.
Here's where it gets interesting: For large bulky items, Amazon applies a minimum 2-inch height and width when calculating dimensional weight, even if the actual measurements are smaller. This is mentioned in the "Determine the shipping weight" section at Shipping Weight. Using this 2-inch minimum, the dimensional weight calculation would be:
22.4" x 4.84" x 2" ÷ 139 = 1.56 lbs
Looking at the current fee schedule at FBA Fulfillment Fee, large bulky items are charged $9.61 + $0.38/lb above the first pound, which explains the $9.99 fee you're seeing.
Best regards, Michael
