Return Rate Continutes To Be Way Too High
Hey All,
I have had a long battle with trying to get my return rate down over the past 8 months or so and am just not having luck...
I have updated images, videos, listing, implemented additional quality checks, etc... and if anything it has increased. I truly do NOT know what to do at this point.
My review rating is good with right at 4.5 rating over nearly a year of selling, but I'd say half of my returns are from "product not as described" or "quality is not up to expectations" and sometimes "defective". The other half are dumb reasons such as "too big" or "too small".
My return rate is closing in on 19% and I need it to be closer to 10%...
Any thoughts on how to get this rate down?

Wha do you sell? I sell women's bridal dresses and since 3 years ago seller started have to pay for return shipping rate went double witch 80% on FBA and FBM. plus AZ changed we can charge restocking fee also, so my income went 80% down as well. people choose return reason whatever easiest to pick. 5 in 1 return they don't even open the bag to see or try it on yet return reason is too small, too large, too long. Absolutely insane
