All of our listings except 2 have been deactivated. Have been selling on Amazon 22 years.
A few days ago, I was kicked off Amazon after selling here for 22 years.
My heart is broken. All listings were deactivated, except for 2. The reason was because an order was dropshipped.
My husband and I are in our 60s, both retired, he has terminal cancer.
I loved what I was doing here. I've emailed, called, tried everything I can think of to contact Amazon and they have not helped us. My listings are gone and I don't know if I'm going to continue to be charged the monthly fee since 2 listings are still active.
I'm so confused as to why this happened. We didn't have many sales, but it kept us busy and we worked hard at it.
So, we're done after 22 years. If you are a seller who was able to find help here, you are definitely in the minority.
With the touch of a button, Amazon shut us down. We did a great job. We were small sellers, but it meant so much to us to accomplish what we did.

I wonder how comes RA shippers come here over legit negative feedback they want removed and instantly get help, and then you have decent sellers like this one, with 20+ years of customer satisfaction and good feedback, and they get booted like yesterday's trash?

Do you have any FBA inventory (being those 2 listings maybe)? I can see your merchant fulfillment method being deactivated after one instance of drop shipping.... not the entire account. I would definitely check into what options you have for appealing or disputing the deactivation.

I feel for you. I have been selling for over 20 years too, and I expect they will squeeze me out too. It seems to me that Amazon has created as many new rules and regulations that are especially against small FBM sellers, likely trying to squeeze us all out because we are too much trouble for their mighty, enormous organization that was built on small sellers like us. I have reduced my efforts to build inventory and am coasting along with what I have, waiting for the axe to drop.

I saw that an Amazon MOD replied and I hope you will be able to give Amazon the required information to get you up and running again.
I also agree to what others have said, such things happen to small hard working sellers who work hard to do everything right, such decisions really need to be processed by a "real person" and not AI in a case to case scenario

You have two listing active. You are not suspended. Post the email you got from amazon. Your post does not add up, if you drop shipped and got caught your amazon account will be suspend all of your listing will be inactive and a hold will be put on your money. Are the two listings FBA?
Post you notice from amazon if you want help. 22 years you should know better.
