My account was deactived but I didn't receive email regarding this issue
My seller account was just deactivated. However, I didn't receive any email regarding this issue.
My account is healthy with score 224.
I contacted Amazon, ans was told the reason is a listing, and that listing is still in a case, and under resolving. As Amazon suggested, I resolved this this listing issue from my account health, even this listing issue shows "No impact" your account health.
After all possible trying, my account is still deactivated. I just wonder if anybody knows what happened and how to figure it out?

Can you post your original deactivation notice? Can you also advise on the mentioned ASIN or if there's any related cases for the listing in question.

This is a very serious situation where a listing is created in a way that prevents or aids in the prevention of identifying the product. This situation can only be disputed with proof that you did not do this, and any listing and or updates fully comply with our policies.
Regardless of the guidance provided, sellers are still individually responsible for "ALL" listings, contributions and related policies associated to the product and listing. This type of situation will be a bit more serious than the name unless it was avoiding an intellectual property which is a serious serious situation with potential implications outside amazon. What ASIN were you experiencing issues with, what is the case ID you have? I have no visibility into your account to see this information, as previously noted, since I can only provide guidance based on what you offer in this space, I would again ask you to post these details so I can assist further.
