I am trying to create listing for gummy food supplement. I sent the certifications, however, it requests approval and then ends with

"We are not accepting applications to sell:

Other Health & Personal Care category in Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)

Other Human Ingestible products in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)"

Can someone help me with this? I have a brand associated with the product.

I set up my new product which is a collagen powder and before I could complete the lisitng, it has been marked as inactive. When I click on "fix listing" it is saying:

Request selling approval for policy compliance

Reason: Product requires approval to sell.

When I click on "request approval" I have the message below.

We are not accepting applications to sell:

Other Health & Personal Care category in Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)

Other Human Ingestible products in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)

Please help as I have stock ready for FBA.

My product is not a health and personal care catergory. after reading the forums i can see things related to brand however this is an unbranded (generic) item. Please help
