Lose A-to-Z case when We used Buy Shipping Service with claim protection

This order was going to PR, and we purchased the shipping label using Amazon Buy Shipping, which suggested using USPS.

However, the customer claimed the order was not received, even though the tracking number shows the package was delivered. We lost the case, including the appeal, which we do not understand. We thought that "claim protected" should have protected us from this type of situation. Please advise anyone.

Was it shipped on time? Did it get an "accepted" scan on or before the ship by date?

Their MCF is garbage! They often lose or damage items, and they are not responsible!

The label must be created by the ship by date AND it must be scanned by the Post Office on that same day.

Appeal the claim and tell them its claims protected - include a screen shot if you can

If that fails open a support case.

The problem is @Amazon sometimes the right hand has no clue what the left hand is doing

Thank you for all of your inputs.

The package was shipped and scanned on the same day; however, there was a delay in delivery. However, Amazon Buy Shipping should cover any delays during transit caused by the carrier? The customer filed A-to-Z as soon as the tracking number showed the package had been delivered.

We did include a screenshot of the tracking history and made sure it was within the policy, yet still lost the case.

Any Amazon rep can help with this issue?

IF that "Day" was before the Amazon Ship-By window closed, you ARE protected from any A-Z Claim arising from INR, and ANY "Problem with Delivery".

Appeal the decision. Make SURE to include the complete package tracking showing that the first physical scan by the Carrier occurred as scheduled.

Finish with repeating the Amazon Policy.

Good Luck!

Take this as a sign. The platform sucks big time. This is the beginning on the endless bullcrap you'll be faced with. Just read these forums for a few days and you should be scared straight.

I can't advise you. No one can.

Policy says it must be in the carriers possession by the ship by date. If this doesn't happen, you lose the protection. This means you should show the date shipped in a screen shot then go to the tracking and show it was scanned on or before the ship by date.

If this isn't done , nothing else matter. If it is done and that was violated open a case, post those screenshots and the order number and tag the mods. They'll help you.
