Hello! Any and all help would be so appreciated. We have been dealing with amazon support for weeks now in regard to 32 pieces of our Nakiri knives missing in FBA.. I have opened two cases and have supplied everything they have asked for as well as our support person with amazon escalating with FBA and no resolve; still saying pending. During this time, we have run out of inventory until our next shipment comes and and losing sales due to bundles we have created with this Damascus knife and our two others.. Can someone please look into this for us, I would greatly appreciate any and all help and recommendations.
