Read onlyFBA Inbound Performance problem investigation is not investigating
We were dinged for using an oversized shipping box stating that box was over 27inchesl long.
Amazon.com Merchant Inbound Coaching (MIC) Team provided images of the box, but there are no point of reference of a mesuremnt on the image. All we can say that the box can be 2x1x1 inches or 200x100x100 inches.
There are way to prove one way of another.
We know for fact that we used 24x19x5 box to ship the product.
upon contacting Amazon.com Merchant Inbound Coaching (MIC) team asking to look into the situation and providing prove of using approved size box, we received a denial with a statement: below

Request Results : Your request has been denied. The problem reported does exist for this shipment and no changes have been made.
Another investigation request cannot be submitted for this. If a review is required due to additional information you may have, please re-open the case.

What is the point of having an ability to have a DISPUTE button, where it leads to no having case denied because "The problem reported does exist". We know it exist, we can see it in Inbound Shipment Performance.
Can we, please, have human eye on this situation? This situation seems strange and purposeless.
