Read onlyWe continue to have an issue with units stuck in FC Processing. When I open a case, I'm told it can take 3 days to complete FC Processing. 51 units have been in this status for over a month. We need the inventory sellable for the upcoming Mother's Day in the US. The 51 units represent over $20,000 in merchandise. This is not new inventory that shipped in, it was previously sellable but taken out of sellable status into FC Processing.
No good answers from support. Can I get someone from Amazon to really dig into what is going on? If the merch is lost, let me know and I can request a refund and get more merch shipped in before Mother's Day.

In your inventory report, can you determine whether those units are reserved for processing, customer orders, or FC transfer?
