Read onlyHi Everyone,
We've noticed that an "Other" transaction has been deducted from our account three times, and we have yet to receive any explanation from Amazon. Every month, Amazon is deducting a significant amount and simply marking it under "Other" without any detailed breakdown or justification.
This lack of transparency is unacceptable. We have reached out for clarification but haven’t received any proper response. Has anyone else faced a similar issue? If so, were you able to get any resolution?
Amazon needs to provide clear details on these deductions instead of just grouping them under vague categories. Hoping to get some insights from fellow sellers!
Looking forward to your thoughts.
Thanks!
As per the other thread you opened,
Check under the "transaction view" tag, you'll find the culprit there. If I had to guess, it''s from bogus shipping label adjustments. Many other sellers including myself have been experiencing this. Good luck
Hi there @Seller_mayfmOnM9UXL5
My name is CR and wanted to hop in here to see if you are still facing issues getting a break down for the 'Other' charges that you are seeing. You should be able to look under your Transaction view and click on the amounts on the far right hand side to get a breakdown there.
However, I'm happy to help out here and look into this further if you'd provide me with your most recent case #(s) you have opened with Seller Support on this.
I'll hang here for your response.
