OTDR protected, but Amazon still counted it against my rating.....

Since about Aug 6th, we have only selected OTDR approved methods with both automations on. I go in tonight, look at my score and notice it has dropped from 100%. I look up the order and see where it is a label purchased through veeqo, shipped on time, USPS delivery it late, and it STILL counted against my score!! I need a moderators help as this is not correct and i need it removed and my score put back to 100%. Please help!!

Since we have limited visibility into your account I would ask that you provide the related order ID so we can look further into the situation, if you have already reached out for support on the matter, can you provide the related case ID?

I have SSA and SHT on and i only choose OTDR approved ship methods for amazon orders on Veeqo.

I should be 100% OTDR on every shipment all the time.......
