To meet product quality standards, we won’t accept meltable inventory at our fulfillment centers between April 15, 2025 and October 15, 2025.
Meltable inventory remaining in our fulfillment centers after April 15 may be marked unfulfillable and disposed of for a fee, starting on May 1, 2025.
Meltable inventory refers to all heat-sensitive products that melt during prolonged exposure to temperatures of 155 degrees Fahrenheit. This includes but is not limited to chocolate, gummies, and select jelly- and wax-based products.
To learn more about the policy or to download a list of meltable ASINs, go to Meltable FBA inventory. To submit an inventory removal order through your Seller Central account, go to FBA removal order.
Will meltable inventory be unfulfillable on 4/15 or 5/1? A few of my Easter themed ASINs are on the list and I have tens of thousands of units at FBA. Easter is on 4/20. Wondering if they'll be made unfulfillable right in the peak of sales or if they'll be allowed to sell through 4/20? This is actually pretty critical for my business.
What documentation do I need to provide for Amazon to remove my ASIN from this Summership Meltable ASIN list?
I read the part about requesting a review of the Meltable ASIN classification. But I couldn't find any information on what this document should be.
CoA and MSDS are fine?
@Jim_AmazonI sell candles (only one ASIN) on amazon and have been doing so for the last 6 years. I've been using Amazon primarily because of FBA's service as well and I've never had any issues with my products.
I had a look at the meltable list and my ASIN isn't on it. Would that mean I won't have any issues with sending it to FBA?
Hello,
My FedEx shipment of Haribo candy products was returned to me in Belgium due to clearance issues. Should I resend it to Amazon FBA? I'm concerned it will be disposed of. Is it still permissible to send candy products (gummies)? If I resend now, it will arrive around April 17th. I'm very stressed; can you advise me on whether to resend the shipment?
