I received a complaint from a buyer complaining that my product was delivered in the wrong size

But my product was delivered by Amazon, and the FNSKU label is not incorrect

How do I file a complaint with Amazon?

Hello Sellers and Amazon Support,

I’m seeking help regarding an intellectual property complaint (Complaint ID: 15985155331) that has unfairly impacted my account’s performance. We are official resellers of the brand in question, working with major distributors, and we take intellectual property seriously.

The product was listed without any intention to violate intellectual property rights. The issue seems to stem from another seller who added a software bundle as an add-on to the product, which caused the complaint. However, my product is not counterfeit, and the brand is reputable. This particular product doesn’t even belong to the seller who filed the complaint, which makes this violation feel unjust.

As a result of this, my performance dashboard score dropped from 204 to 172, putting my account at risk of deactivation. This has created a serious concern for our business, and we would greatly appreciate guidance on how to resolve this issue, clear the complaint, and restore our account standing.

We filed a BR complaint (Complaint ID: 15869464661), and the status cannot be retrieved. It has been a week. We tried escalating it and the reply was to file the complaint again. We do not want to file too many as this affects our account. We need closure to this first complaint ID, before proceeding with the next test buys/complaints.
