Amazon order history not showing up on order screen
I have been getting orders in email but my Amazon account is not showing order history on screen where it normally shows open orders even if I hit refresh. Only way it shows up is if I type in order number.
Is anyone else having this issue? Any work around?

Check the date range that your manage orders page is set to display.

Check more than just the date range. On the left side of the orders page, there is a blue box ( entitled ‘refine by’ ) that has various filters. An accidental click there can screw up the display.

Under refine they are unchecked. I just checked them. Date range looks god I think.

So if you search for the order number, you find the order and it is unshipped?

Another long shot: At the far right side of the screen, in blue font, it should say “View FBA orders >”. If you had accidentally clicked on that, it would say " View Seller Fulfilled orders >" and it would not show you your orders.

I am now having this issue since Black Friday 2019.
I was thinking the orders were cloaned. once i put the order # in the search it would show up but still not in orders
