I have received the Restricted product policy violation that my product contain hydroquinone but there is no hydroquinone ingredient in that there is system generated error but as an new seller i have deleted that listing because amazon employee told me submit appeal and delete the asin i have done that but violation not removed still don t know what to do send them all product photos with labelled image and ingredient and product is fda approved now don t know what to do help me violation received on 04 Aug

10 years old amazon account got deactivated in violation of restricted product policy.

The product doesn’t require FDA approvals or certifications. But some of the wording could have resulted in the violation. That product was 0.001% of my business and unfortunately it turned everything upside down. Deleted and discontinued that product forever and removed all inventory from FBA.

How to move forward with such a violation and appeal for it?

Any relevant information would be appreciated.

I received the Restricted Product Policy Violation on a item. I appealed and Amazon asked for pictures of the product and invoices. After that, Amazon responded saying they don't take appeal from asins that are not active.

So then I asked Amazon why would anyone want to appeal an active listing?

dumbfounded by that question Amazon responded saying that I can create a new listing for that ASIN.

I responded by asking Amazon why would you want me to re create an detail page if the item is restricted?

Dumbfounded by that question Amazon removed the Restricted Product Policy Violation and deleted my ASIN permanently and told me its some type a restriction in 7 states and wouldn't clarify any further.

So long story short, Deepak (all of them Deepak) should be fired from which ever department he works in.
