Read onlyI have sent in an invoice from a well known toy/collectibles distributor and I keep getting denied saying that the paperwork is not sufficient, yet, it's what I've always sent in for ungating. When I call to speak with someone, I'm always getting told something different. I was even told someone would call me back within 15 mins and never did.
The last agent I spoke with said it was because the brand was not taking applications, and that I should reapply when it said on the ASIN to apply. Wouldn't the apply icon not be there if we weren't able to apply? It was there when I first applied so I think that's a lie and they just don't know how to explain what's truly going on.
I spoke with the distributor who said the invoice has all the information needed to get me approved, but still nothing.
I would just like to get a straight answer as to what's wrong with the invoice and why I keep being denied.
Most likely the brand is tightening the reins on 3rd party sellers. Just because it worked before doesn't guarantee it will work now.
