🛠️ How To: Appeal Account Suspension
As an Amazon seller, maintaining adherence to performance metrics and policies is crucial. Failure to meet these standards may result in temporary account deactivation, removal of listings, or restrictions on using the Merchant Fulfilled Network (MFN). If your account has been deactivated or your listings removed, you can appeal for reinstatement by following these steps.
How to Appeal an Account Deactivation:
1. Log in to Seller Central and navigate to the Performance tab.
2. Click on "Account Health" to access your account status.
3. At the top of the Account Health page, click "Reactivate your account."
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your appeal. This process may include:
* Submitting a detailed questionnaire
* Acknowledging any policy violations
* Providing supporting documents (e.g., invoices, business licenses)
* Outlining a Plan of Action (POA) to prevent future issues
1. Review your appeal carefully for accuracy and completeness.
2. Click "Submit" to send your completed appeal to Amazon for review.
After submission, closely monitor your email, including spam folders, for Amazon's decision. If additional information is required, you can click "View Appeal" from the Account Health page to submit extra documentation or information in your next submission.
Important Notes:
* Expect a reply to your appeal within 24-48 hours.
* Be thorough and professional in your appeal.
* Address all points mentioned in the suspension notice.
* If you believe the deactivation is an error, provide clear evidence supporting your claim.
* Do not create new accounts while your current account is under review, as this can lead to permanent suspension.
* Consider seeking assistance from Amazon Seller Support or a professional Amazon account consultant if you're unsure about the appeal process.

What if you have no idea why your account was flagged with a critical issue and the policy that is shown that was "violated" doesn't make sense because you didn't do anything that would violate the polcy they stated.
How can we get more information to craft a proper plan of action for the appeal if Amazon will not tell us exactly what we're being accused of doing.
