We have SSA enabled.
For Standard Shipping, we have it set to only use USPS Ground Advantage to estimate delivery times. We want the longest/cheapest delivery option.
We have gone so far as to UNCHECK every single Standard Shipping option except USPS Ground Advantage.
Our Shipping Services Priority ONLY includes USPS Ground Advantage for Standard Shipping.
Yet despite all of this, we regularly get Standard Shipping orders where Amazon has used UPS Ground to calculate the delivery promise and we are forced to upgrade to more expensive shipping options to stay OTDR protected.
How do we make this stop happening? We've tried both the "longest shipping" option as well as the "preferred ranking" option where USPS Ground Advantage is the ONLY service that appears in our rankings.
UPS should not be being used AT ALL to make delivery promises. But it still is being randomly used on a significant portion of our orders.
Now Amazon is also ignoring our order handling capacity.
We have our order handling currently set to 75 orders per day while we train a couple of new people, and right now we have 240 orders and almost all of them say they are due today.
Hi @Seller_IlwjJKqpD81nL,
Thank you for reaching out about this and for your patience here! I'm just coming across this thread and wanted to check in with you, has there been any updates to your shipping preferences since posting?
If you're still running into these issues, please send me your case IDs and I'd be happy to look into this further for you!
All the best,
Jameson
