I received product authenticity customer complaints for a product I sold and I supply my products from the original and authorized distributor. I have purchased the same product before. When I sent my authorized distributor's invoice and the invoice my distributor received from the brand, the violation was removed from my account and I continued the sale. I encountered such a situation again and now they do not accept the documents I sent. My products are original, but they neither remove the violation from the account nor allow me to sell the product. Has anyone encountered such a situation before? What can be done?

I also spoke with a support team member via live chat, who instructed me to resend these documents, which I did. However, I recently received an email stating that the documents I provided do not meet the policy requirements.
