Read onlyI received today 2 return requests already authorized automatically for the same order having 2 different reasons for the return
1- The Item defective or doesn’t work
2- The product is damaged, but the shipping box is OK
what should I do in this case?
If you don't for whatever reason have automatic refund set up just issue a return label on 1 of the requests. Once item is returned to you issue the refund. After that I assume the other request will show the refund was initiated as well.
