Many critical and malicious reviews, in a row, sudden and Amazon covers its eyes.

What is happening with the reviews team? Does it even exist?

My listing is being attacked with critical ratings that are lies and I have been reporting it for over 2 months and no one is answering anything.

In the few that do reply, they don't even read the appeal, even when I have everything I need to prove they are lies, even when I report the buyer, nothing, there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING I can do to get Amazon to look into my case.

It is a complete frustration. All I do is add even more frustration when trying to contact support, as the only response support gives is that they have nothing to do with the issue. It is unacceptable.!!

Many of us struggle day in and day out to provide good service and comply with Amazon's increasingly rigid demands and anyone can damage your reputation whenever they feel like it without any right of appeal. It's absurd, it's a constant drain on emotions, time and resources due to Amazon's constant and absurdly unprotected policies towards sellers.

Have any of you had this happen to you? Have you been able to resolve this? Get any help from Amazon?
