Account Reactivation Appeal Follow Up to the Responsible Internal Support Team

Issue: Account Identity Information Page Issue

Our account has been deactivated since March 10 because of identity and bank information changes. Therefore, we want to switch it back to the account's original identity information and original point of contact on the account, but we are unable to access the page where we can update the identity information. All we could do on our end is submit new information, which does not help at all because it still asks us to reverify the account. Though the address has been successfully verified after receiving the code. As advised, our issue has been escalated to the internal team, yet we haven't received any progress. Our account has been under review for more than a week now. I have maintained a good standing as a seller since I've started selling on Amazon until this issue happened. I don't understand why getting my account reactivated is taking this long. I have been trying to reactivate my account back to normal, and I was advised this could be a technical issue why we can't access the page where we can update the identity information.

I am seeking reactivation as soon as possible because we are losing sales, which is a crucial component in maintaining the business. I have all required documents on hand and ready to provide! Please have my issue escalated to the responsible internal team so immediate action can be taken to have this resolved. Please advise any further steps that I should take.
