DEACTIVATION HAPPY 🎅
Dear Sellers,
We had (1 ASIN) listed at (1 unit available). Overnight we were deactivated due to the (UNSOLD - ZERO SALES - ASIN). Amazon deactivated overnight, due to 1 ASIN that "might be, a "SUSPICION" of being counterfeit, maybe.
The ASIN had absolutely NO sales (0)
We are stunned, and dissapointed Amazon works this way.
Our funds are now on hold, and sales have came to a complete hault while this issue is resolved during this holiday season. We have provided detailed images to help sellers avoid this unreal, uncontrollable situation.
Kind Regards,
Monkey Boxx Shop 🐵

"The ASIN had absolutely NO sales (0)"
Has no bearing on anything and will NOT help you recover the account.
You listed a major brand for sale.
It's simple --
Unless you have an LOA from Tiffany allowing you to sell on Amazon,AND invoices from brand authorized wholesale sources you are DONE here.
To help save any OTHER rookies, here is what you missed and it cost you your account --
DO NOT CONFUSE AMAZON allowing you to list (or at least "ungate") an item or category and actually being APPROVED to sell a product. Amazon might ungate you for a CATEGORY, but there can be 100's of brands in the category and they ALL have their own restrictions.
For any other sellers out there that read this post, take it as a warning -- DO NOT come here unprepared for the realities of selling on Amazon.
Before you do anything on here, spend days/weeks studying Seller U and reading the Forum to see some of the creative ways sellers get suspended. This is becoming one of the top ones!

If you have watched any YouTube or TikTok videos FORGET everything you saw there.
CORRECT ORDER FOR LISTING ITEMS ON AMAZON
While it is not always the case these are the steps you need to follow more and more frequently on Amazon --
1. Contact the brand and get an LOA that specifically says you are permitted to sell ON AMAZON. While you are in contact with the brand DO STEP 2!!
2. Source from AUTHORIZED wholesale sources that your rep at the brand says are OK. You will have a sales rep at the brand after you contact them and get permission to sell here.
3. Ask your sales rep if they have a whitelist on Amazon and if so can they PLEASE add your seller name (must match what your account registration is) to their list in BR!
4. THEN, and only then, add your listing to existing ASINs. More and more only the BRAND is allowed to create an ASIN and trying to create one can get you suspended.
If you got sucked in because of all the experts and gurus on the 'web' be sure to send a nice note thanking the YouTube and TikTok producers that got you into this mess. The 'easy money' that they promised you ended five or ten years ago!
For any other rookies reading this --
HINT #1 -- VACATION MODE – NOW! Stay in that condition until you have spent a month or more studying #2!
HINT #2 -- SELLER U -- NOW!

HINT #3 – If you don’t want to do the above, start writing your "please help with my Section 3 suspension' letter NOW. It will save you time when you get it.

When there is a crackdown on street vendors on the streets of Manhattan the seller cannot say I did not sell any. All that matters is if you offered it for sale.

Wow, that’s not right. Especially because your account is clean. Where’s the warning?
This is scary.
Thank you for sharing.

1 ASIN should not cause an account deactivation.

Whoa!
Yes, you seem like a good, honest seller.
I don't think you would have posted the details if you had anything to hide.
Hopefully Amazon considers you.
Good Luck!

if you had zero sales, then what money are they withholding?

The ASIN had absolutely NO sales (0) - It's counterfeit. You can come take a product right out of my warehouse, trademark laws say I didn't give you permission so it's counterfeit. No sale needed. You're not an authorize seller so you can't have an authorized product. Pretty simple.

So you don't have an invoice from Tiffany?
If the manufacturer is the one that shut you down, then you will need to speak with the manufacturer to get your account back up.
As a side note, listing an item shows an intent to sell. Which is all that is needed to shut the account down.
Just remember that Amazon is not here to protect your legal rights. Amazon is here to prevent Amazon from being sued into oblivion by the manufacturers. Or State Attorney Generals for that matter.

When you navigate to "reactivate my account", what document is it asking for?
