I have an ASIN that belongs to Clothing shoes and accessories category. Which I received a Product Bundling Violation. when I try to reactivate the listing I am requested with Invoice (which was provided) and Images of real life of the Bundle (which i did sent them). 2 days later I received a general response from Amazon saying that.

I called Health support and the say that they don't know the reason and that seller support do not tell them the reason per policy. That i should send an explanation on how my listing does not violate Bundle Policy.

This listing its of 2 brands were the more expensive is the brand on the detailed page. The images are correct. the bullet point 1 says that is a bundle and how is formed. the category is Clothing. besides Amazon seller support not knowing how to operate Am I missing something?
