Received a Critical Warning for Policy Violation I Did Not Commit(negative product reviews)

Hello everyone,

I recently received a critical warning from Amazon stating that I have violated their policy by "working with or influencing customers to leave negative product reviews to damage or abuse the seller, their listings, or their ratings." The warning also mentioned that this violation negatively impacts my account health and that if left unaddressed, it could lead to account deactivation.

I want to clarify that I have never engaged in any such activity. I take my role as a seller very seriously and always strive to operate within Amazon's guidelines. This warning has come as a complete shock to me, and I'm unsure how to proceed.

I contacted Amazon to discuss this matter, but they are not sharing any details about the comments or reviews in question. They have asked me to provide evidence to prove that I did not engage in this behavior. However, I am struggling to understand how I can provide evidence to disprove something I never did in the first place.

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? What steps did you take to resolve it? I would appreciate any advice or guidance on how to address this with Amazon, clear my account's standing, and handle this request for evidence.
