Amazon Marketplace Fair Pricing Policy

How can Amazon say my product violates the fair pricing policy when I am the brand holder and the manufacturer? My company designs and produces all of our products. We sell dozens of similar products at or near the same price, and it's only the one that gives us an issue.

On a chat, I was asked to price the URL to our website for proof of price. When I did, I was asked for different proof of price.

I provided nearly a dozen similar ASINs with the same price, PLUS a link to AMZ with all similar products.

I was then told it had to go to an internal team for an investigation.

Is this a lost cause?

Is it a lost cause? Maybe yes and Maybe no.

"I provided nearly a dozen similar ASINs with the same price, PLUS a link to AMZ with all similar products."

Well, that sounds loke you are simply selling similar to other sellers, and they could even be made in the same factory.

We have had our pricing questioned on some products we sell, however, none of them are sold by another seller. The items are unique to brand. We just explained it that way and were left alone to set our own price.
