reinstate my suspended account

my account has been suspended due to dual account as per amazon. but recently i made my amazon seller account and i didn't do it before with any other name. please help how i can sort out this issue

As you’ve mentioned this being due to a dual account, this would appear to be a violation of our multiple account policy. You can find more information on this type of concern in our seller code of conduct help page.

You mentioned that you recent made your account but had not ever made an account on amazon before. These situations can occur due to indirect associations as well.

Do you have anyone who helped you with the creation of the account? Are there any friends or family who may also sell on amazon that may share your information? Who has access to your seller central account, and have you inquired if they’re associated or the owner of the other store?

As you can see there is a wide range of reasons for the association, but once you’ve identified the reason, there are two paths for reactivation.

We will first always ask for the associated store to be reinstated, this would resolve the multiple account policy violation making you eligible for reinstatement once you appeal.

If you do not have access to this other store, you will need to provide proof of a valid separation from the mentioned store. This could be contracts, termination agreements, bill of sale, transfer of ownership. This is not an exhaustive list but is intended to offer guidance on what you can do to show that you’re not associated to that store.

I would also recommend reviewing out seller university video on how to address a multiple account policy violation, as this may provide you some additional guidance on the situation and requirements to proceed.
