Sometime in November my sellers account was created. In late December my account was shut down with 12.1k being held from amazon. My account was shut down because I had listed a kava supplement, and the amazon bot system realized it as kratom. This shows amazon's bot system is terrible despite them being a multi-billion-dollar cooperation. There are many listings on amazon that are kava and what's funny is that kratom and kava are the same thing. Moving on, we have read the policy and in 90 days after the account deactivation amazon will reimburse me my funds. After the 90 days has passed amazon has not given me my funds. After that I contacted amazon and asked for my funds to be released. Case after case and call after call I received and email from Amazon reimbursement team stating I have to schedule a zoom meeting. I scheduled 3 zoom meetings and waited for a response through my email which I received one days later. On May 23rd was my zoom meeting and I was on call with an amazon reimbursement team member. All the questions he asked me I answered, and all of the required items/necessities were shown in the zoom meeting including my driver license, invoices, and bank statement. I also emailed in my Bank statements and Photo Id and also invoices for more proof because it was required. Few days pass by and I open my amazon seller page and go to my performance notification tab, and I received a notification stating the reimbursement was failed because they couldn't identify me properly even though I have handed them everything that was necessary and required. I would email them, but they also stated in the notification that they may not respond to emails about this case anymore. This is very frustrating and goes against amazon's policy. I am getting robbed, and this is absolutely unfair to how I am getting treated. @Roberto_Amazon @Cade_Amazon @Ricardo_Amazon @Charly_Amazon@Stevie_Amazon

NO! What it says is that you can APPLY and ask Amazon to send you the money.
Depending on the reasons they may hold some or all of the money either longer or, possibly, forever.
If they determine that you tried to game the system somehow with false or misleading information they may never give you anything.

Thank you for using the Forums, I acknowledge that you are in a difficult position and I wish we could support you further, after careful review of your account I found that our performance teams have reviewed your appeals multiple times, and they cannot proceed to disburse your funds as noted in the notification sent you on July 24, 2024.
The actions taken on this are in accordance with our Policy: Funds withholding policy. I noticed you have created additional threads on this subject, please refrain from posting about the same subject more than once, our teams and Seller Support teams cannot influence or further appeal this decision.
I know this is not the outcome you were expecting, but we are limited on this scenario. Please refer to the latest notification in your account.
