Why is this locked? The case is still open and I was hoping to update @TaylorR_Amazon since there have been additional demands, unanswered questions, and no resolution.

Hello @Seller_qMup11ghRQvLm, discussions may be locked if there has not been any activity for a certain length of time. Community Managers may manually close a discussion if it goes against the Community Guidelines. For example, if a user creates multiple discussions on the same topic, this will be flagged and closed to avoid confusion and/or duplicate efforts to answer the question.
That being said, do you have a question regarding an inventory discrepancy?
