Read onlyHello i keep getting error code 8572 and i am literly so confused, i gave seller support all the information they needed about my UPC code and i get the same response over and over again, i gave them my GS1 CERTIFICATE so many times of proof that i am associated with the UPC, and i bought it from the official GS1 site, keeps giving me this error 8572
Hello @Seller_o212qCv7ay6nK - and thanks for joining us here on the seller forums. Can you help share if the UPC code is a new one? Sometimes it can take some time for the systems to update so Amazon can validate the UPC within the GS1 database. I'll link to this help page focused on Error 8572 in case it proves useful as well.
There is also some content on that page around what may need to be provided in cases where you aren't the brand owner for the item in question. Can you help advise if this is specific to a brand that you are the owner of?
