Listing Errors
Hello new seller here,
Is it me or uploading product via flatfile, a lot of times it says uploading failed because of an error, but when I check it everything is right.
for example I get an error saying my bull point characters exceeds the limit of 500 characters, but when I check it only has 320 characters.
So I reuploaded it, which takes like 30 mins to upload, it doesn't give me an error.
Does this happen to alot of people or is it only me?

the parent sku keeps giving me error code 4000000, and it tells me to try again after 30 minutes to an hour. After reuploading keeps giving me the same error

I'm sorry you are having difficulties making changes to your detail page. In order to investigate I'd like to see your most recent Seller Support case ID. Once I have that information I can see what escalation options exist. Thank you for your understanding.
